Talk for Parents: Parent Association Information Session this Tuesday 12th of October at 7 p.m.

6th Oct 2021

Dear Parents,

As discussed in June, we are delighted to be progressing to a shared Parent Association with our sister Senior School this school year.

As a first step, we have invited Ms. Martina Boylan of the National Parent's Council to speak with us in relation to Parent Associations.

This will be our first Parents' Talk of the new school year and we cordially invite you to attend and participate this Tuesday 12th of October at 7 p.m. via Zoom. Parents of children in the Junior School and Senior School are invited.

It is a great opportunity to find out more about how a Parent Association works, how you can be involved, and how we plan to move forward as a shared Parent Association

The National Parents' Council (www.npc.iesays: This session is useful for schools who wish to set up a Parent Association and explores the role and function of the Parent Association in the school. It is open to the whole school community and gives everyone a better understanding of what a Parent Association is and does within the school.

A registration link has been sent you via Aladdin Connect. Please contact the school office if you have any difficulties registering and we will assist you.

We look forward to seeing you on Tuesday evening.

Kind regards,

Jane O'Connell

Principal
