Senior Infants Home Activities

Hello to all the wonderful parents and even more wonderful children in Senior Infants,

We hope that you are all keeping safe and well during this difficult time our country is facing.

The Senior Infants’ teachers have discussed the best approach to take towards your child’s continued learning and development given the current exceptional circumstances we find ourselves in.

Since there is no substitute for actually being in school, we won’t be recommending that you attempt to teach your child any new material.

However, we have proposed some activities that might enrich the experience of being away from school and consolidate prior learning.

Hopefully some of the following information is helpful and allows for some learning and of course fun during this strange period of social distancing. Please do as much or as little as suits you and your family. These are just suggestions and should cause no additional stress at home.
