Ms Carroll's Nature Walk
I've been going on walks close to my house and have been very lucky to spot lots of lovely birds flying about. The birds seem to love that there are far fewer cars on the roads and have been singing their hearts out! If you're going out for a walk with your families maybe you might see some of these birds too, don't forget to listen out for their birdsong. It's like the birds are chatting to each other.
My mammy and daddy are very old and are following the rules of not leaving their house; so that they can stay safe. But that didn't stop them from doing some nature spotting.....one morning when they looked out their window they spotted that a wood pigeon had made her nest in their neighbour's satellite-dish! My mammy is now watching every day to see if any pigeon chicks appear. So even if you have to stay at home, you never know what you might see out the window!
Happy bird-watching!
Lots of love, Ms Carroll x
