Spell out your full name and complete the exercises to match your letters. Maybe you can do this twice!!
Mindfulness
Now it’s time to relax the body and mind with some Yoga.
To get started, clear a space so you can move around safely, without bumping into any obstacles. You could practice on a yoga mat or on a towel if you’re on a non-slip surface, pretend the mat is the garden. Now pretend that you’re going on a walk through the garden, remember to bring your creativity and imaginations! Follow the five garden yoga poses below. Don’t worry about practicing the perfect yoga postures. Just give it a go and have fun!
Games
Now it’s time to get the whole family involved. Why not have a game of Charades.
You can make up your own ideas or why not choose some of our funny ideas below.
