St. Philip's J.N.S. invite parents/ guardians to make an Application for our ASD Class for September 2021.
You can do this by downloading our Pre-Enrolment form (see below) or by contacting Caroline in the office at (01)8212992 or email us at philip.the.apostle.jns@gmail.com.
Completed Pre-Enrolment form with relevant documentation can be handed in to the office or posted to the school.
Applications must be received between Monday 12th April 2021 - Friday 23rd April 2021 to be considered for a place.
Please note that completion and submission of the ASD class Pre-Enrolment Form does not guarantee or constitute an offer of a place at St. Philp the Apostle JNS.
