Hello to all the parents & guardians of our wonderful children. This message is for you.  In conjunction with the Adult Education Services (AES) Blanchardstown we would love to let you know about the great free part-time courses that the AES are running in Blanchardstown. Applications for September 2022 are now open.

The AES  offer continuous intake for computer and communications classes, so that learners can start with them at any time of the year and then progress into the themed literacy (childcare, office skills, horticulture etc) starting in September.

They have also offered to run a course in the comfort of our school on a weekday morning. We would love you to express an interest in any of the courses below:

Family Learning:

  • Adults Count Too – Family Learning numeracy – This course will help enable you help your child with maths homework !!
  • StoryBags– crafty sessions focused on a specific book chosen by the parent – we provide bag and book and tutor
  • What’s the story– focused mainly on junior and senior infants – introduction to reading with your child
  • Family Digital Literacy - using digital technologies to support literacy of parents and children
